Our Team
Rappahannock CASA typically has 40-50 active volunteers trained and ready to step in when a judge appoints CASA to help a child. Our volunteers include retirees, stay-at-home parents, educators, people with social work, military and healthcare backgrounds, and others with a variety of life and work experiences.
We have a small staff that trains, supervises and supports our volunteer advocates. Our staff members have 40+ years of collective CASA experience, and we use it to promote the best possible outcomes for children. Our staff members are:
Executive Director Janet Watkins
